Cookie Policy
Version
This Cookie Policy explains how Cyber Cert Labs Limited (Cyber Cert Labs, we, us, our) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, on the Attestra AI Platform, and on the Attestra Academy (together, the Platform). It should be read together with our Privacy Notice, which describes how we handle personal data more generally.
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that are downloaded to your computer or device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the operator of the site — for example to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, or understand how the site is used.
How we use cookies
We use cookies for a small number of purposes: to operate sign-up and sign-in securely, to keep you authenticated while you use the Platform, to remember preferences such as your language, and to understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not allow third parties to place advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on our sites.
Essential cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary for the Platform to work. They cannot be switched off in our systems, because the services they support cannot be provided without them.
| Cookie | Service | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
onb | attestra.ai sign-up | A signed, HttpOnly cookie that binds your browser to your sign-up session so that only you can follow your own onboarding progress. | 1 hour |
ba:i18n | attestra.ai | Remembers the display language you selected. | Persistent |
AUTH_SESSION_ID, KEYCLOAK_IDENTITY, KEYCLOAK_SESSION and related cookies | Attestra sign-in service | Operate the secure sign-in flow, keep you authenticated, and enable single sign-on across Attestra services. | Session |
sid, system_user, full_name, user_id, user_image | Attestra Academy | Maintain your signed-in Academy session and display your profile details. | Session / persistent |
Analytics cookies
We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to understand how the Platform is used — for example which pages are visited and which features are used. PostHog is engaged by us as a sub-processor and stores its data within the European Union; analytics requests are served through our own domain and no analytics data is shared with advertising networks. Analytics cookies (names beginning with ph_) store a randomly generated identifier; we configure analytics to operate without profiling you personally, and analytics data is retained for a maximum of 24 months, as described in our Privacy Notice.
Infrastructure cookies
Our sites are delivered through Cloudflare, which may set cookies such as __cf_bm (and, where a security challenge is shown, cf_clearance) to distinguish genuine visitors from automated traffic and to protect the Platform against malicious requests. These cookies are set for security purposes only and typically expire within 30 minutes.
Managing and disabling cookies
You can prevent the setting of cookies by adjusting the settings of your browser (see your browser's help pages for how to do this), and you can delete cookies that have already been set. Be aware that disabling cookies affects the functionality of this and many other websites: in particular, disabling the essential cookies listed above will prevent you from signing in to or using parts of the Platform.
Changes and contact
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, in which case the updated version will be posted on this page. If you have any questions about this policy or our use of cookies, contact us at contact@cybercertlabs.com.
